Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. This applies to all Red Golden Goose sneakers purchased from our boutique or website.
Important: Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

How to Return Items

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 24 hours.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Securely package your items in the original shoe box with all accessories. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid return shipping label provided (for orders over $200) or ship at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Amount: Full purchase price including original shipping costs will be refunded for items returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are deducted for returns after 14 days.

Style Exchanges
Want a different colorway or style? We'll gladly exchange your item for any other Red Golden Goose sneaker of equal or lesser value.

Special Circumstances
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, we will provide a full refund plus return shipping costs. Defective items can be returned within 90 days of purchase.
Incorrect Items

Holiday Returns
Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st of the following year.
Gift Returns
Gift recipients may return items for store credit without a receipt. Original purchaser information is required for cash refunds.
